From there, he worked his way into the field and eventually into the Operators seat of a wireline truck, spending much of his early career in the Piceance basin specializing in pipe recovery, perforating, and braided line fishing.

After a decade as a Wireline Engineer, he transitioned into consulting for Occidental Petroleum in North Dakota. When that asset sold, he returned as District Manager in the DJ basin for RMWS, later moving into the VP Operations role.

Today, he brings that same hands-on experience and leadership to Tier1, where he has been part of the team since May 2025.
